Numerology An Introduction


Numerology is fairly simple to learn. All you need is the date of birth and the full name of an individual to unlock the secrets of the special numbers that hold the information on your destiny.


There are eleven numbers used in constructing Numerology charts, they are: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 22. The larger numbers that you get from adding the numbers in a birth date or your full name are reduced by adding the digits together until you get down to a core number (see example at bottom of the page). Just add the components of the larger number together (repeatedly, if necessary) until a single digit, or a Master numbers of 11 or 22 results. Each of these numbers represents different characteristics and expressions.


The only exception to the rule of number reduction is with Master numbers. The master numbers of 11 and 22 are special variants. These numbers suggest a potential for a high degree of learning and possible achievement, sometimes in spiritual and teaching fields and sometimes in leadership.


The first consideration of numerology is often the date of birth. This date, expressed numerically, as dd/mm/yyyy, is used to determine what is called the Life path Number and a variety of other factors in the numerology reading.


We will also be converting your FULL BIRTH NAME (this is normally the name on your birth certificate) to a number.


Below is a chart with the values assigned to each of the letters in the British alphabet:





 




DOB: 30/11/1964 = 3+2+20= 3+2+2= 7 as a number for that date of birth.


Name: John Smith = (1+6+8+5)= 20 = 2+ (1+4+9+2+8) = 26 = 8 as a number for the name.
